Coursework That Prepares Nursing Leaders

Designed and developed in collaboration with a team of online learning experts, our rigorous on-campus curriculum has been adapted to the online environment. You will enhance your understanding of advanced nursing skills by attending classes and completing didactic lecture-based videos, assignments, and more on your own schedule.

Experiential Learning

To complement your online classes and prepare you to work with diverse patients, you will engage in hands-on practice during your time in the program. Through on-campus immersions and clinical rotations in your own community, you will gain the skills you need to work with a variety of clients.

On-Campus Immersions

Our on-campus immersion programs are held at our beautiful Rochester, New York, campus. Nursing students gain hands-on experience at the state-of-the-art facilities at the Wegmans School of Nursing, which include laboratories and a simulated hospital unit.

Why Are Immersions Crucial?

  • You enhance your learned classroom experience through in-person training that will help you prepare for your clinical rotations.
  • Obtain CPR certification and complete extensive clinical work that cannot be done online.
  • You have the opportunity to meet and network with your professors, practicing professionals, and fellow students in person, allowing you to build strong relationships with your cohort.
